Krookedhorn Cattle Company

     In addition to our Longhorns, we also have gaited horses, however the number is very small. Of our three equines, two are registered mares. One Spotted Saddle Horse and one Tennessee Walking Horse. It is our goal to breed them for the best quality foal possible.

     Along with the two mares, we have one gelding, named JP.He thinks he quite the commedian, and my "class clown". He seems to have a much better sense of humor than the two girls, and is a bit of a prankster. He is very mellow, and appears to be the designated babysitter for the cows. It is not unusual to se him out in the pasture with all of the calves with him.

       Sundrop's Jaycee Jay is a nicely balanced mare. She is out of Sundrop's Point Man and very well tempered. She is a calm trail horse, with nice blood lines such as Another Masterpiece, Ebony Masterpiece, Sun's Delight D and Pride of Midnight. We will be breeding her in 2008 for a late spring 2009 foal. She will be bred to a registered Spotted Saddle Horse stud. If you are interested in a nicely bred foal for future trail, pleasure, or possible show prospect, please contact us.

     Sandy Martin took this picture of Sundrop's Crescent Moon.  When we acquired her, she was nearly 600 lbs. underweight. We have slowly gotten her "back to normal", although she still needs a little more weight to "finish her up". She gaits out very well and is a big beautiful Sorrel mare.

     Moon Pie (as we call her) has names on her pedigree such as  Generator, Ebony Masterpeiece, AnotherMasterpiece, Mark of Carbon and Pride of Midnight.

     In the spring, we plan to breed her to Dusty's Royal Flush (below) who now resides at Running Arrow Farm. We expect it will be a beautiful baby whether it is a filly or a colt.
