Krookedhorn Cattle Company

     Occasionally we meet people with somewhat of the same interests. We not only raise some beautiful longhorn cattle, but we also have gaited horses. We will be breeding our two mares this coming spring for Spring 2009 foals. We hope you will check back soon for updates to what the horses are up to. By the way, our horses and longhorns get along GREAT. They share a pasture, and this past spring, half of our cattle lived down the road with a herd of Barbados Sheep and one llama. No problems getting along with any of them. Our horses live with a dog, and numerous cats as well.

     Above, Moon Pie and JP seem to be having a chat about JayCee in the background. Moon Pie's registered name is Sundrop's Crescent Moon, and she is a nicely bred, nicely pedigreed Tennessee Walker. We will be breeding her to a stallion belonging to Running Arrow Farm, Dusty's Royal Flush. He is a big, beautiful stud!

     JayCee is a very nice, well mannered, registered Spotted Saddle Horse, as is JP, our gelding. JayCee is a flashy, black and white, tobiano. She is out of the same sire as her half sister, Moon Pie. JayCee is fond of orange tabby cats...
